Who we are

Kinetik NRG applies cybernetics to the energy transition. For data protection purposes the data controller is Kinetik NRG, contactable at [email protected].

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, your email address and anything else you choose to include in your message. Your browser may also send technical information (for example, IP address), which we log for security and to prevent abuse.

Why we collect it (legal basis)

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry. The legal basis under UK GDPR is your consent, given by ticking the consent box on the form. We do not add you to any mailing list.

Who we share it with

We use Brevo (EU-hosted) to send email. Brevo processes your name, email and message on our behalf and does not use them for its own purposes. We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions for up to two years from your last contact with us, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and object to processing. Email [email protected]; we reply within one calendar month.

Complaints

If you think we are not handling your data properly, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

We may update this notice occasionally. The date at the top shows the latest change.
